3. Caris

This picture of Caris definitely stands out compared to most of the other girls this week. I love the moodiness in her eyes and her subtly pouty lips. Her hair is insanely awesome as well. Her body looks fantastic in the dress, and the understated curves of her pose are amazing (though I wish she didn’t lose one of her arms). Caris turned in her best work yet and showed that she would be a dark horse contender.

1. Demelza

In true Alex Perry fashion, Demelza’s shot is just expensive and would definitely be one of the featured images in a lookbook. The dress seriously looks flawless on her, and I’m living for the subtle angles she created with her body. Her face is gorgeous as well, and while her eyes could have more power her expression is still haughty, sultry, and regal. This picture is outstanding and one of Demelza’s best from her time on the show, but if I factored in how she led the bullying of Alamela this week then she would be dead last in my call-out (and honestly she should’ve been sent packing over it).

2. Alyce

Alyce was one of the standouts on set so I’m not surprised that she delivered a top notch picture. She looks like a fashionable high-end socialite and I love how she’s seducing the camera with her eyes. I do think she could’ve been more gentle with the hand up in her hair since it looks like she’s forcibly grabbing a fistful of locks, but otherwise her pose is pretty amazing and displays the dress fantastically. Alyce rebounded significantly this week!

4. Samantha

I have yet to agree with any of the panel’s FCO’s, but Samantha’s shot is still pretty terrific. Her face is stunning and I love the come hither expression in her eyes (though I am bothered by how her mouth looks slightly off center). The extension of her neck and the way the light is hitting her are both great as well. Other than her left arm being dropped a bit too low the pose is solid all around and works very well for the dress. Samantha keeps getting better and better!

5. Alexandra

I was hoping for something stronger since Alexandra was one of the girls chosen to do an extra session due to excelling on set, but this still a good shot. Like most of the girls this week she struck a basic pose (and her shoulders are a bit too tense for me), but the dress looks amazing on her. Her eyes are connecting strongly and her features are stunning straight on. Alexandra has yet to slip up!

6. Alamela

Despite her struggles on set Alamela ended up with a decent photograph. I’m a fan of the simplicity of her pose since it works great for the garment. Her elegant neck extension and her tranquil expression are quite nice as well. While she does look beautiful, something about the angle caused her face to photograph somewhat round and flat. It’s not the most exciting picture, but I think Alamela would fit in as part of the lookbook.

7. Leiden

This photoshoot wasn’t really in Leiden’s wheelhouse, but she pulled this off better than I expected. She hit her pose with purpose and showcased the dress well. I really like the strong level of intensity in her eyes, but she tilted her chin a little too far down which isn’t the most flattering for her features. Overall it’s a solid effort from Leiden.

8. Rebecca

The bottom 3 were equally awful for me. The only aspects of this shot that I actually like are how great the dress looks and the way Rebecca’s hair is styled. Everything else is a wreck. I don’t know why she chose to place her hands on her hips like that, it looks so unnatural and her arms are too stiff. Her face is pretty, but her expression is one of confusion with a subtle dash of sadness. Rebecca was in free fall at this point.
