Naba D. Cures
Allotpun “Nobody Cures”. He was Uni’s old high school bully. One day Uni got fed up with the bullying and used her magic to accidentally give him a brain injury, and she was so horrified that she swore to never use her magic again. He later goes on to marry another one of Uni’s old high school bullies called Jacob E. Wurse and has a kid called Samba D. Cures, who grows up to marry Fairy (Barry’s youngest sister, who is transfem now)
Perfect Patient
(WARNING SUICIDE MENTION)
A doll created by Cuddles out of the dead bodies of Miley, Mood, and Hemera to torment Uni to try and get her to kill herself. Cuddles makes them kill Chip to demonstrate their power, and they also end up killing Cuddles at some point during the sequence where the hospital burns down (more on that here)
Noah Philly
Allotpun “No Feeling”. Hemera’s sibling who used to be rowdy and rebellious like Caroline until they were turned into a doll by Cuddles as punishment, which is why Hemera is so scared of other people acting out, fearing that they’ll end up like Noah. Noah's limbs were also sewn onto Hemera to act as a reminder to never act out again. To ensure something like this never happened again, Hemera cast a luck spell on Jay (which is where they got their luck from) at the cost of her own luck.

This is after they first escape the hospital for good. Uni’s horn scar is presumably from when she tried committing suicide by sawing her horn off and stabbing herself with it (because Cuddles tried talking her into suicide so he could harness her magic to better control the dolls). Her eyes being blue might have something to do with the fact that she went blind after exhausting the last of her magic to save Barry from a falling pillar when they were escaping. Her burn mark is also from when they were escaping, since the hospital was set on fire by Doom. Idk what Barry’s tail scar and both of their elbow scars are from though.

The burn mark and missing limbs are from when he tried burning the hospital down with everyone still in it. His new allotpun is “Gloom and Doom” and his last name is Mickey because it’s the name him, Uni, Polly, and Barry chose for themselves after getting married.

The ref on the left is an old one, the third is more recent. Her horn is blue because her mom cast a magic spell on her to restore her vision. She has no magic of her own.

She has fire magic and uses it to burn her house down after finding out about her parents’ past. She only has fire magic because of the hospital catching on fire btw. Don’t ask me how that works idk either

He has a delusional belief that he’s the reincarnation of Cuddles (which isn’t true) and stalks the Mickey family in series 3. Allotpun “Suspicious”
Preference Sheet of Phil Thee Rich and Cuddling Cuddles
So apparently Sparklecare used to be a good hospital, founded by Cuddles and President Meat who envisioned a better future for medical care. Phil (Allotpun “Filthy Rich”) was their main financial backer, but at some point he decided to kill cuddles and sewed parts of his body onto himself and stole his identity. (phil essentially became the cuddles we see in the comic. The REAL cuddles wasn’t evil). He killed anyone in the hospital who didn’t do whatever he said or wasn’t useful to him. The only people that were in the hospital when phil took over who survived were Charles (who escaped), Reese (who can turn invisible), Polly (they were an intern and their TUC made them forget everything that happened), and Kiki (Phil spared him because he could sell his jelly for profit).
