Now this is from memory , but here would be some ideas that could help. -running as admin, clearing out your minecraft folder in %appdata% installing only 1 mod at a time to see isolate the problem, maybe if your gf has it running, have her send you a .zip of the files and replace yours with hers. Sorry for the poor formatting and I really hope this helps.
