not only because i've been playing it non-stop for about a week, but already, i think Jamie T's 'Carry on the Grudge' is one of the finest albums of the year, hands down (so far at least) Perfect and welcome return at this stage of his career, and at this time of the year. I know its a slight shift in direction, but there is still the same 'brash cockney' thrust that made 'Panic Prevention' so good. But this time, more matured and 'well aged' like a  fine merlot ,or a mark twain novel. perhaps it's because i support the more progressive view of musicians trying to 'reinvent their sound', but i'm largely not in favour when it's not justified, which gladly, is not the case this time round. Only criticism is maybe the cover colour. but then  again, perhaps i'm a pedant for album aesthetics. 

Can't stop listening to Rabbit Hole. nor Limits Lie, Trouble ,or Turn on the Light.  Can't stop listening to all of it to be frank. And the video for Don't You FInd, no words needed.
