tips to regain motivation?? I have 3 exams left but I'm tempted to just wing it but the HSC is important so I probably shouldn't lol
ngl by the time I got to this point of high school (albeit a very very very long time ago) I basically was like, “eff this, I’ve done everything I can, I literally did all the revision i could do for mocks and now I’m just wasting time rehashing the same thing for the sake of not feeling guilty for not studying”
My annual “hey it’s HSC TIME HERE YOU GO, GOOD LUCK” post
Here’s a few tips for motivation:
Staying motivated

Knowing you’re not alone - see a few of my previous hsc anons
And you’re right - the HSC is important. But it probably isn’t as important as you think it may be see,
Why it doesn’t matter, really
Disappointed with my ATAR?
I mean, in the end, you’ve done as much as you can. If you’re not motivated - that’s ok. If you’ve done all the prep you feel like you can handle and the thought of looking over another exam paper makes you want to throw your laptop through the window, that’s fine. Hell, it’s probably a sign to take a break.
Do a brief review of the key areas. Then take a break!
Just make sure you’re motivated the morning of your exam.
That’s all you gotta do.
TL;DR BASICALLY I ADVOCATE WINGING THINGS IN A SMART MANNER.
GOOD LUCK.
YOU’RE SO CLOSE TO THE FINISH LINE.
30.8.2017 Starting to learn Korean with just under 50 days til my final high school exams sounds like a great idea.... oops. Difficult language, but a little bit at a time right? Anyways, found this really cute website "Let's Learn Hangul" and it has made it so easy to learn the Korean Alphabet, really recommend it!
I had to submit a recording of me doing a counselling session with a friend for one of my social work courses, and after listening to my voice I have decided that to protect all those whom I love's ears I will never speak again...
