Austral
(Updated the look and some info)
The Austral are a race of subspecies of Guross also known as builders.
The Austral's are responsible for the creation of the floating islands and tech, Though, out of the world, they used their threads that can flow out of their bodies using gravity manipulation to lift heavy objects and to operate their creations.
There are many rumours about the fate of the Australs some think that they all died out but some Theorized that the Australs created convexity as a gateway to travel far away from their original realm and that the Spirit gems are the creations of the Australs as well.
Little hints of old locations they once lived in are around but well hidden.
Their tech can be used by other guross's but to reach the deepest depths of their locations only an Australs or a Gaia child with the sub-form shifting ability can enter but some have found ways to get through.
