Authentic is something I've always been. I don't hide behind a mask or a hidden agenda. Like everyone else, I'm not perfect, but the person you meet is the real me. Let's face it, if you arrived at a meeting with a coach and they didn't seem to be authentic, would you trust them? The relationship between coach and client is built on mutual trust, therefore authenticity is essential.
