The pen that he'd been chewing unceremoniously clattered onto the table. Of all the things he'd expected from Seth, this wasn't one of them. He was only supposed to be helping a fellow student boost his grade, but more recently it had been a case of meeting for the most minor project adjustments. "Don't be silly," Gable couldn’t quite look up when he said that because he wasn't wholly sure he'd be able to hold his reserve. It didn't take a rocket scientist to realise there was something there.

"Plus you have a girlfriend right? Not sure she'd be very happy about that," he tried to bite back the tone of slight jealousy, not an easy feat for someone who wore their heart on their sleeve.
