So you're torturing the bois, I gotta ask, is it gonna be a fic?

i was considering writing a fic for these torture things actually! but i decided it would be a better exercise to draw each of the experiments that happen to jekyll and hyde, instead of writing them out :’)

then when chapter 20 of lanyon & hastie comes out, we’ll pick up from the point after theyve been through all these experiments, and thatll be that!

FRICKING. RIGHT?? once they get named it’s all over. they’re PEOPLE now. they wanna sit at the table with everyone else and screw you if you think they’re gonna do a damn thing you say anymore lol.

Kind of lends to the whole idea of “there’s power in a name” concept, huh? Give one random person a name and suddenly you’re looking at your work like “you were just supposed to be a random servant bringing the main character a change of clothes, why are you back six chapters later with the magical long-sought artifact upon which the whole story revolves what do you mean you’re a secret agent?? you’re supposed to be a maid????”

TRUE i was thinking about that also....i was thinking they could live slightly longer than humans to like. compensate being Hatched smaller and just have like a little while longer of a . Youth Period? idk if that makes sense lmao
