Observations on Pregame Prep

I have many problems. However, aside from space issues,* a lot of them come from being autistic and late diagnosed (even though maybe diagnosed as a kid, but that's a different story). Basically, I want things just so, and I will make plans and stuff to make things just so. I make choices and then I go with them and heaven forbid things change. I try to be flexible but sometimes, I can be stubborn. For example, me and 2 friends drove down for a larp week in Mississippi in a prius because I determined we would take my car, even as we added more people to the car and other vehicles were offered. It was a CHOICE. It was a 13 hour clown car ride with 3 people, all their medieval clothing and weapons and armor and supplies and bedding, squished into a prius. That's the stubborn I'm talking about. Basically, most of my problems are down to "I want this game to be cool AF, in the world I want, with the options I want with my friends." My biggest problem is going to be flexibility and I'm trying to build the world out enough to allow for wild goose chases and other weird options in narrative. The plans will change. It will be fine. The world will not end.

technically the space issues were my choice as well, but I made that choice first and I love my tiny house.
