Yall, I’m trying to learn new skills on my butterfly knife cause I’m a begginer, why is it so awkward? I can’t get any momentum 😭 but it’s a good fidget!

So I think I need to get some kind of foot fidget device/accessory for when I'm sitting at the computer. There are a few options out there but I'm nervous about buying anything too expensive-- if it lifts my knee too high it'll bang against the desk or force me to sit too far away to write. And if it's positioned too close to my body, like a band between the chair or closest desk legs, I'll have to scrunch up unnaturally and I'll just go back to bouncing my knee.
