Haven’t seen my client for 3 weeks, so session today was a little more difficult and he wasn’t complying. He eventually said “I’m sad” and my supervisor asked him why, he answered *in spanish* “I haven’t seen Nisma in 3 years”
He’s Filipino and doesn’t (or I didn’t know) he could say full on sentences in Spanish *correctly*!!! He barely does in English… he watches shows in Spanish sometimes and not only memorized shows word for word, he learned another language from it!! I’m truly amazed at how incredibly smart autistic children are subhanAllah
