Jake's teacher sent photos this week of him in class during what looks like A.P.E. First, he's on the treadmill. As you see my kid is super tall and big boy..lol..when he was born he was 8pounds,8 ounces and 22inches long! That's two inches short of two feet! So, he's always had growth spurts. But he got taller than when I noticed a couple of years ago when he was 14.And this year when he turned 16, I one day saw that I had to look up at him just to look him in his face. 😄This boy is going to start having to duck just to walk into rooms real soon, lol. Jake towers over me and he the way he eats and outruns people and take them down (when they try to catch him) I constantly tell people, if he wasn't severely autistic, Jakob could've had a promising career as a linebacker or fullback...lol🤣...also I noticed he was barefoot on one foot and socked on the other. Not sure why for these photos but I do know when he gets real comfortable, he takes off his socks and shoes. The final photos are of him learning what looks like nerf archery, which looks fun. I remember back in junior high (7th grade) in P.E. we learn regular archery outdoors. It's been decades but I can still work a bow and arrow. So, those photos brought back memories. #biracialkid #biracialteen #autisticteen #autistickid #blackson #teenson https://www.instagram.com/p/BqSSy5HBloc/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=f30gky2r2wsl
The boy hates to wear clothes! If you come to my house, I guarantee you’ll hear me yell, “Ryland Asher, where are your pants?!” at least once.
