if i didnt feel so crummy about musical hobbies after my experience with school orchestra classes i would definitely pursue making music i think, but as an assist to storytelling as opposed to writing songs. like stuff like leitmotifs and symbolism in beats games like mother 3 and undertale use have always fascinated me and id love to use something like that for my own writing.
