What is AUTMTX, AUTMTX stands for Austin Urban Technology Movement Texas. AUTMTX Mission is to bridge the gap between the Black and Hispanic communities and the technology industry through job placement, career development,and networking opportunities. Even though they are mainly aimed to help Black and Hispanic communities they will accept anyone and everyone who want to join or even learn about them. they have a petition to help people to have access to technology, let alone the skills to utilize it, thus leaving behind those that are low income, underserved, and underrepresented. They plan on providing internet access, distribute computers and teach digital skills.
