Okay, bare with me. While I was brushing my teeth I thought about how I need to go see a dentist. Then it became The Dentist, a timelord. The Doctor needs to see them, but they are living life as the dentist elf, from Rudolph the red nosed reindeer, and doesn't know that they are a timelord because they locked their timelord consciousness away in a FOB watch. So now they are both skipping elf practice? No, well the doctor pretends to be an elf... and misses elf practice. My brain is back.
