This car will replace Suzuki Cultus on the streets of Pakistan

Pak Suzuki recently announced that it will be discontinuing the sale and production of Cultus, which has already starting to effect around the automobile stores around the country.

The company in its notice said that it won’t be providing any sort of shipment to the dealers, however the pending orders would be served at the earliest.

On the other hand, Pakistan Association of Automotive Parts and Accessories Manufacturers declared that they would be taking orders for the individual parts till 6th February 2017.

However, now it is being stated that Suzuki Celerio is all set to replace Cultus on the streets of Pakistan. Celerio was already up and running the streets around the world, but it will formally be introduced in Pakistan under the name “Cultus”.

 Pak Suzuki has announced that Cultus will be replacing Celerio, but the announcement is expected to be made in the coming week.

 The company official, regarding the launch of Celerio said,

“We are confident that the government will provide some incentives to us under the new auto policy. Therefore, the company has decided to launch its standard model of Celerio in March 2017.”

Suzuki Celerio is is a 4-door front vehicle drive, popular for its budget friendliness and fuel efficiency.

Suzuki Vitara in two different renditions to debut in Pakistan

Suzuki Vitara has finally been debuted in Pakistan and was spotted in Port Muhammad bin Qasim in Karachi. The first shipment was received by Pak Suzuki, this week. It is pertinent to note that the model has already been available in the country, but, all the renditions were imported and used.

As claimed through various sources, the official launch of Suzuki Vitara is slated for late-December or early-January launch. It will be available in two different models; RT-S and RT-X. The former is the manual, automatic version while the latter is automatic.

It has been speculated that the reasons for sudden launch is said to be Pakistan’s new Auto Policy which allows foreign companies to enter the Pakistani market with ease and scope.

The expected specifications of the car include customized design along with the refurbished aerodynamic shape; giving it an edge over the competitor available already. The car would come equipped with low 86kW at 6000rpm and 156Nm of torque at 44000rpm.

On the other hand, RT-X comes with a Sport Mode, equipped with sharpened throttle and gearbox characteristics.

It remains to be seen how well the dynamic and uber-gorgeous Suzuki Vitara fares in the streets of Karachi.
