The work of lightening the bodywork had been entrusted to Touring, who removed various components and replaced others. The major variant consists of aluminium doors and bonnet. The side windows were made of plexiglass and the wheel rims were manufactured by Campagnolo. To further reduce weight, the central headlights, heating system and other small details such as the armrests and glove box drawer were eliminated.
