Autumn Statement 2012: UK economy shrinks while fuel duty rises
Today, UK pays attention for the an Autumn Statement. Its one of the major speeches made by Chancellor of Exchequer (at same Finance Minister). Chancellor George Osbourne says:
He vows more money to roads, London's underground and Schools. (The councils don't believe him)
Chancellor scraped 3p rise on fuel duty (Britons still angry with him)
Austerity measures will be extended to 2018, as debt-cutting targets are missed (more headaches for him)
He said "Turning back now would be a disaster" for the UK (Opposition party Labour said his credibility was "in tatters", Britons agrees with them)
Osbourne told to MPs: "I know these tax measures will not be welcomed by all; ways to reduce the deficit never are. But we must show we're all in this together. When you're looking for savings, I think it's fair to look at the tax relief we give to the top 2%." (its a optimistic forecast)
He announced a fresh crackdown over tax avoidance (multinationals has fears of this)
"It's taking time, but the British economy is healing." from George Osbourne. (Britons felling it)
"Today after two and a half years we can see, and people can feel in the country, the true scale of this government's economic failure," said the Shadow Chancellor, Ed Balls. ( Any Briton believes in a Labour Chancellor after 13 years of waste of the time)
Osborne sounded like he'd just shat himself when quaking in front of Alistair Darling. Also, Dennis Skinner <3
No Ed, don't dance to the Daily Mail's tune on benefits!!
How can someone who has never had to budget in his fucking LIFE have the sheer audacity to attack the people who are unemployed because of his shitty policies?! I know private schools tend to turn out cocky little bastards but this is really taking the piss.
I suppose Osborne never considers under-employment when trying to boast about creating new jobs. A lot of people I know are stuck on 12-16 hour weeks because too many people are being taken on, presumably because Osborne is giving breaks to companies who help him massage the figures? Anyway, you can't live on a 12-hour week - especially with benefits being slashed all over the place. I hate him. I fucking hate him and his squeaky little voice.
FUCK OFF GIDEON YOU MAKE ME BLIND WITH RAGE LIKE NO OTHER TORY OH MY GOD MY EYES MY EARS AAAAARRRRRRRGH
