The mornings are dos dark at the moment. But if I create a morning groove to suit the season it feel so much better. I often have symptoms of seasonal affective Disorder starting at this time of the year so making sure my daily grooves (routines. Rituals, habits, rhythm) are aligned to the season we are in is so important. But it’s not just important for those with SAD.
