#whatwasupisnowdown I must admit It was quite a shock to see bare wall again - and the mountain of cut down bougainvillea covering all the garden. The gardeners have already taken away 12 giga garden rubbish bags & figure there'll be another 12 to take away tomorrow. While they were working in the garden, I carted the rest of my stuff down to the studio. When it starts raining, I can spend hours sorting stuff out there. I know that by cutting it drastically back, the bougainvillea will grow stronger & flourish, but I find it quite sad not to see any blossoms or green. Robbie is coming round tonight for a pot luck meal - he'll be surprised to see the garden as it's he who battled with the plant last year & in the end I decided to tell him to leave it & I'd get professional help.
