We've been doing some night testing with the Denali D2 2.0 TriOptic LED Auxiliary Lights, which have a combined output of 2,190 Lumens yet they only use 10 watts of power each so bikes with limited alternator output like the KLR can run them no problem. They're housed in a compact 2.2" diameter, trail-tough casing and the kit includes swappable lenses for spot light or flood light illumination. The flood light lens provides a wider beam with a lot more side trail lighting, while the spot light lens reveals more of what's down the road. You can also run one spot and one flood for a combination of the two. For more details go to bit.ly/dentrio
