for @bxdhabiits // first point on this post She’d moved in to an apartment just across from campus two days before classes were supposed to start, and while the college itself was small, and religious - it was in a city large enough that Ava had felt confident no one would ever remember her when she went to the club, wanting to enjoy a single night to herself before classes picked up. Now, come Monday morning, the hangover had only barely worn off as she walked though the halls, stopping outside of the classroom to check that she was in the right place. Reassured, she pushed the door open, glancing around the room for an open seat - only to make eye contact with a face that was familiar, and Ava blinked for a moment before she realized who she was looking at - memories of that night flooding back, in vivid technicolor. Her cheeks burn, and Ava knows that she’s probably blushing a bright red, but she tries to remain still -act like she’s unaffected by this new, unexpected meeting.
