Lee Wright due in court charged with having custody of a fighting dog which mauled a 11mth old baby to death
Lee Wright 27, of Emily Street, Blackburn has been charged with possession/ having the custody of a fighting dog contrary to section 1 (3) & (7) of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and conspiracy to supply class B drugs (cannabis).
This relates in and incident in which a 11mth of girl was mauled to death this year
He will appear at Blackburn Magistrates on 4 July 2014.
