Muggle AU

Hermione has a one night stand with a stranger. The only she remembers about him is a tattoo on the back of his neck of a lily wrapped around a stag. When she finds out that she’s pregnant, her father kicks her out of the house. Her mother still supports her throughout the pregnancy, and finding a flat for Hermione to live in since Mr. Granger won’t allow her back in. Through her pregnancy, she exchanges emails with a stranger on the internet through a website. One day, they decide to meet at a coffee shop. A few minutes after talking, Hermione goes into labor. The stranger (Harry) takes her to the hospital, calls her mom, and he stays beside her till the baby is born. When she finally meets her baby girl, she immediately names her ‘Lily’ because that is the only thing that she remembers from the father. When Harry asks why 'Lily’, Hermione explains her reasons. When the doctors take Lily away to clean her up, Harry tells her about the tattoo and they find out that Harry is Lily’s father. Harry convinces Hermione and Lily to move in with him, and the story can go on.

Soulmate AU

All kinds of scars or bruises is felt by the soulmate. The person himself doesn’t feel anything or gets the same bruise or scar, and instead it appears on the soulmate. First year Hermione Granger comes with a scar on her forehead. Second year Hermione Granger is petrified, yet she bleeds when her soulmate does. Fourth year Hermione Granger feels the crucio and the pain from extracting blood from her soulmate. Fifth year Hermione Granger, she feels the words on her hand written by Umbridge. It becomes obvious very soon who her soulmate it.

Ron does not want to commit to Hermione, even after she begs for him to do so. When the Ministry brings out the marriage law, with the freedom of choosing who they want to marry, Hermione chooses to get married to Harry to make Ron believe what he’s missing out on and that she would not stick around forever. Hermione is oblivious of Harry’s feelings for her, and Harry doesn’t know anything about the relationship between Ron and Hermione. Through their marriage, Hermione unknowingly falls in love with Harry, but continues to try and make Ron jealous. One day, Harry finds out about Hermione marrying him only to spite Ron instead of liking him as more than a friend, and confronts her. Ron would also be there when the truth comes out. Ron makes some excuse for not committing to be in a relationship with Hermione and then calls her names (whore and other hurtful stuff). Hermione cries, Harry stands up for her (as always). After Ron leaves, Hermione tells Harry that she fell in love with him during the time they were married. They decide to take a holiday somewhere, away from everyone, where they can figure out their feelings. And the story goes on with how they rekindle their spark, and their married life.

Royal AU

Harry is the King. His troops rescue a woman who’s been trying to get in touch with them through Morse code or something, claiming that she knows Lily Evans (who’s dead now due to an illness). When they do rescue her, she’s a fierce little thing, with weapons hidden anywhere she can. She won’t eat anything, fearing that its poisonous. She keeps repeating that she will only talk to Lily Evans, and they eventually bring the King in, letting him handle the situation since he is Lily Evans’ son. Harry faces some complications at first, with the woman not speaking to her, but manages to find out her name - Hermione - and how she knew his mother - Lily gave her sacred family jewels that could open and had secret messages in them and that she was to contact Harry if she was ever in trouble. Harry works to being friends with her, getting information about why she’s in trouble - pureblood families (royalties marrying royalties) think that she stole the Potter Jewels and had kidnapped her and tortured her for such a crime, but she did not tell them the truth, and she managed to run away from them. With the help of information that Hermione gave, he captures the ones who tortured her. Hermione shows him the Jewels and the secret messages that are there. Sometimes during all of this, they fall in love.

Hermione has a craving for chocolate but she drops hers on the way to the underground/subway. She's in a jampacked train and finds Harry eating one. When Harry realizes she's watching, he offers her the chocolate and she takes it.

Muggle AU - Harry meets Hermione in a party and asks her out on a date. The date is a complete disaster with Harry spilling red wine on Hermione, unintentional inappropriate groping, and eventually, the date ends with Harry saying that they should be friends because he likes her cell phone lock screen. The author can show how their relationship moves on from the disaster date.
