I think Harry, probably. I’ve more or less agreed with very step he’s taken, outbursts and all (minus the way he’s treated Hermione and Cho in the past).

Patrificus Totalus. Siriusly, why didn’t they use this spell more? They’re going around stupifying everyone, they could have just petrified the lot, and bam, Ministry finds a bunch of death eaters literally frozen with their hands red, like--
