So Le Suck ambushed me yet again, this time in the Burned Tower of Ecruteak City. Again, these damn power fluctuations irritate the hell out of me. Literally in the same town I beat down a Rocket Grunt with a lvl 12 pokemon. Then Le Suck brings his team of 4 lvl 20-22 pokemon. Chomper bit Gastly, somehow. Luffy struggled a while against the Magnemite. Okay, eh struggled with being confused and not beating himself upside the face. But Bayleef was the big problem. Ace still hasn’t learned another flying-type move since gust. No aerial ace, no Fly, nada. Bayleef has crazy defense, synthesis keeps healing it, and it poisoned Ace over and over. But after literally 12 gusts, he finally wore it down to one hit from death. With health low, I took no chances of it getting in first and used quick attack! The damn thing survived with 1 HP and murdered Ace. Chomper ripped out its throat with ice fang. Thorsday fried his Zubat (remind me of what I’ve lost why don’t you!)
No more losing friends. I’m going to keep a tight-knit team of only the strongest and train them until they can beat Goku. Chomper, Thorsday, Luffy; they will destroy all who stand before them.

Also, why haven’t I found any rare candys or potions or anything useful in all this time? I keep spending all my cash on potions and antidotes and barely scrapping by.
