His nose wrinkles as he watches the man flail his weapon around nonchalantly. "Do you- Point that somewhere else besides at everyone in your general direction." he snaps.

"When is my turn??" [Respectfully looking at the ocs on Sett's arms]
"Eh? Your turn?... Oh, you want to get picked up?" Sett seems extremely amused by the man.
"You know usually guys don't ask me to do that. I mean I don't mind but, dunno. Caught me off guard."

The half vastayans large clawed hands dug into the wall around the other smaller frame as he glared down at him. He was rather large compared to Akshan, towering over him easily. For a brief moment, he felt the small hand touch his chest and then pull away. But not before Sett lets out an annoyed scoff. “Ya talk big for someone who gets blushy easily,” Sett says, noting the man's tinted face. “It’s kinda funny how quickly you got quiet though. What’s wrong? Nothin’ to be nervous about my guy. Ain’t gonna hurt ya, unless you give me a reason.” he steps back, a smirk playing on his lips showing off his large canines.

The soft crackle of the fire echoed in the cozy space as Gwen stepped into the living room, her hands wrapped around a steaming mug of tea. Her eyes scanned the shadows and corners of the room before landing on Akshan, his familiar silhouette perched near the hearth. The sharp gleam of his weapon resting against the wall beside him, a rare sight for someone who usually had on him at all times.
“Akshan,” Gwen greeted with a smile, settling into the chair across from him. “I didn’t expect to see you here tonight. I hope this isn't just another one of your mysterious visits," she says, her voice filled with amusement. "Perhaps you’d like to join me for a drink before your next round of... well, whatever it is you're plotting?”
She gave a knowing smile. “I can only imagine what you’ve been up to lately." Her voice was playful but carried a hint of curiosity.

"My folks keep telling me to settle down. Not my style." Well, could you really expect more from her? She figured she had gotten old enough by now that her parents would have to live with the uncertainty of their daughter's life. Though she felt guilt for it at times—when she came home, when she remembered how much they sacrificed for her, when her mother gave her a warning look as she told the story of her newest tattoo to their neighbours' kids—she had learned to live in this divide. For all her massive personality, her mother was a square. Let's figure out if Akshan was the same.

A magic gun that revives the dead based on if their slaughterer is traded in death? How peculiar...Although, such properties could be used for so much - ...It almost feels mocking that its magic will not be shared but... Hm. I guess you can't necessarily kill a leaking pipe can you - or other non-sentient things... It raises too many questions...none of which think its owner would be able to answer.
...
Can't help but wonder how far back it goes, for someone older...something older its.... Heh, if he kills a retired soldier from a conflict half a lifetime ago, do all of them come back? What a fucking nighmare - that sort of thing is far from a blessing, that weight. I just hope its owner isnt some...self righteous prick who thinks killing for some "noble" cause somehow makes the blood on his hands any less red.

"Too hard, too hurt, too changed... If you're not too much of 'something' then you're not enough you." In a swift move, Senna downs what little was left in her glass in a silent toast to the truth of her own words. She expected Akshan might understand what she meant, of course, but they hadn't really talked about this before—Expectations. Senna became a sentinel to protect (herself and others). As much as it had felt like her only option at the time, it was now her choice, and one she carried willingly and tirelessly, despite the harshness of it. This however was not the only way to take up the mantle, and Akshan's situation had always felt different to her own—Though he had to figure out what this meant to him all the same.
[ DRUNK ] : for your muse to look after mine while drunk
(I do feel like Akshan and Draven would be very chaotic drinking buddies lmao)

it had to be pointed out, seeing some new face around the same old place had a refreshing quality. even if the shuriman ( what was his name again ? ) was dangerously teetering between being fun and actually annoying. no amount of alcohol would drown in his loud voice.
it took a couple more glasses for draven to get wholly into that gig. much to the other patrons' displeasure. especially after the noxian had insisted on clearing an occupied table to stand on it, so he could show to all his 'amazing' knife juggling trick. the most impressive part had to be the lack of cutting.
or when he finally joined the newcomer into busting out a few high notes. breaking a few furnitures. competiting in weapon throwing. and catching it. and arguing on wether or not using a something-rang was cheating... and- oh, closing already?
well. seeing who held up their liquor better, draven took it upon himself to drag the other out, seek whatever inn had a free room. at the best of his ability ( and not without some tumbling ), the executioner let his new friend hld onto his shoulder, using him as a crutch.
❝ alright, alan. we're goin' home if we're left no choice. draven's got this. along an unmatched sense of orientation... ❞
looking left and right, squinting into the barely lit streets. his confidence wavered with each next steps. perhaps theories of the world spinning onto itself weren't that untrue.
❝ would be easier if the whole damn place wasn't so different as when i got in the bar... we're gonna make it... ❞
