Since we haven't seen Loki meet Wanda in MCU (yet. It may change in Multiverse of Madness!), this is just my assumption. It could definitely change with the film comes out, but this is a fun thought!
I can kinda see TVA/Post-Ragnarok!Loki and PostWandaVision!Wanda meeting each other and being like "Hey. I'm Loki, God of Mischief; a variant of myself kinda caused the multiverse." "Oh hi, I'm Wanda. I kinda found a loophole to get my kids out of danger and have been browsing the multiverse without permission." "How interesting. Let's discuss this later." "Okay! I'll make snacks!" before kicking ass, you know? I think Loki would find her interesting, or her backstory would pique his interest with the Mind Stone. I can see Wanda getting irritated or feels insulted by Loki, hits him with a blast, and he just coughs and grins "That was amazing - hit me again!!"
I'd be more worried about Strange having to deal with those two, but I think they would be alright and tolerant of each other after a while. They would probably become drinking buddies and get drunk over all the issues they've dealt with in their lives in a short amount of time.
