ive been seeing posts and thinking bc. like what does fat actually mean? like where does "fat" start? i dont know how to define it without using numbers and being weird about it. like saying fat starts at x body weight or x body fat doesnt sound right because bodies are different and carry weight differently and everything. but also defining it by oposing it to thinness (and all things that come with it) makes it so its really hard to fall down the fatphobia hole
