I’m still behind 😆🫣 but may I tempt you with some Slow Show boys this time for the 17th’s prompt: Cooking/Dining?
It’s the scene where they go to the cottage for the first time and Crowley’s cooking when Az comes up behind him, and suddenly oh no they’re kissing 🥹🙏🥰 @mia-ugly
SLOW SHOW SLOW SHOW SLOW SHOW
Just finished Slow Show by @mia_ugly for the first time and I don't know if I will ever emotionally recover. My favorite moment (besides all the obvious ones) was most definitely "And you're fired."
I just finished Slow Show for the first time. I wish I could read it for the first time again but I will have to settle for reading it a second time.
If I could give a fanfic a standing ovation I would.
Read Slow Show again. A very healthy choice that didn't make me cry at all.
Also why does Crowley thinking that his unexpressed love feels like a shovel in his throat affect me so much???

Ok, so y‘all know Slow Show by @mia-ugly ? (You should, go read it please)
I’ve read it some time ago, and could not resist making a little something...
Look out for details, I put a lot of symbolism and feelings in here!
And because I like the full experience:
If you were able to hear anything, you’d hear the water, softly tapping against the dock and the lighting bugs continuous humming. You’d hear the reeds bopping against eachother, and a few cicadas chirping. Perhaps even a nightingale singing goodnight. You’d hear a gasp and a little sob from a man leaning onto the fence of his new house. And another murmuring promises of love to said man. The rustle of clothes, a yes and... some more sobbing. If you could feel anything, you’d feel the soft breeze over the lake, not as cold as before, but thick with the feeling of an thunderstorm soon to come. If you were to smell anything, I’d be soft grass, a warmed up stone path getting colder, a breeze that carried the smell of a storm and the bentleys engine cooling down, as well as the sweet smell of flowers from the window sills.
I’ve been working on this since, perhaps February and it’s certainly one of the biggest and most elaborate pieces so far. But I’m really happy with it!
Visual description: A landscape with a big cottage on the left side, and a view over a lake on the right. A treebrache hangs in on the right side , from above. The sun is setting and the different colours are mirrored in the lake. On the far left, there’s two people - Avery and Crowley. Avery is kneeling, proposing to Crowley, who steadies himself on the fence leading up to the house.
