Lena fayre, teen commandments, caveboy, flint eastwood, avi jacob @ the delancey 10/16/15

Havent been to this place in years, and maybe never in the daylight. Upstairs on roof is acoustic stage. Avi jacob was doing enjoyable songs with familiar symbols: white flags, blood in the water. Broke a string and no one else had a guitar but he kept going.

Flint eastwood: detroit trio. D b v. Not really my thing, but they performed w a lot of energy and conviction.

The main level stage is so small that the drums are set up nearby on the floor, so the other two members of caveboy had to step down for the song when they all drum. From montreal. Like yesterday at pianos, i enjoyed their 80s rock. They seem like cool women.

Teen commandments: very brooklyn 5 piece dance rock band. Animated frontman danced as much as possible. My coworker owen filled in on bass. My fav song was the funkier one in the middle. Theyre playing mercury tomorrow.

Lena fayre has a nice voice. She and g played synths. She kind of rapped on one song and i didnt really like it
