I really wish I could keep a better eye on some of these movies that don't end up being as popular in the US, because these are the sorts of things that I'd like to support more. This is a very well done movie; the story progression is very well done, and the performances are spot on and believable. It's also a fresh persepective on supernatural and questionable happenings that you don't normally see in our films, or if it is it's more exploitative than anything. It was also interesting to see a persepctive on something that we don't really hear or no much about, mainly any conflict happening in the Middle East. It's more a backdrop against which the main problems happen, but it's substantial and in a way feels like a character itself. There is not too much more I can go into without potentially spoiling something, so I'll leave it there, I think. I would say that it is, maybe, a bit of a slow burn, but not in a bad way at all.
