Snowed In (Closed w/Avis)
Leverette had put the thermostat as high as he dared to warm up the small building in case the high winds and heavy snowfall knocked out the power, but even though Leuce's fur was fizzing with stored heat and Hestia was sprawled out in the tiled floor with Ares soaking up the warmth pouring from the heaters, all the heat int he world couldn't stop the shiver that ran down his spine as the windows rattled at a particularly strong blast of winter wind. Amasis ruffled his feathers as if in agreement with the silent thoughts the shop owner had while watching the snow build up on the sill and the ice on the glass' surface race towards the upper edges of the frame.
"It started snowing earlier than I thought," the blond mused to himself. He turned from the window and busied himself with checking the number of blankets he had left. He had to step over Khoshekh to get to the isle, and in a brief respite in his thoughts about the storm had him thinking he was grateful he'd brought all his pokemon into the shop. What would he have done if he let her stay outside on a day like this?
His soft smile was turned to the stack of fleece blankets before him, and he ran his hands across their soft fabric. Several concerned mothers had taken half of the stock yesterday, and Levy hoped that with the combined numbers in his and his father's shop, they'd have enough for anyone looking for a source of warmth.
