to be honest, i’m just as confused as you are.
it recently occurred to me - i know all this random private gossip about these people’s lives, and i dont even know who they are? I’m making a list, to help me get my head around it. this is what i have so far:
- Judas and Jenny are twins
- Judas is the president of the Journalism club at their school (in charge of written public media, like the newsletter) , but Jenny is in the science club
- when Judas annotates Jenny’s diary, i believe he writes in pink texta.
- they moved to Avocado Beach from some alternate universe England (that is, if that’s what English accents sound like in their universe, they could really be from anywhere. i will have to think about this more.)
- Neither of them have a very good relationship with their parents - Judas because of himself, and Jenny because of Judas (difference of opinion? not living up to standards? idk whatever it is, its obviously not healthy.)
- I think they’re originally of Korean descent (based on a few pictures i found of them as babies in what i believe is Jenny’s diary. however, these pictures are usually of two girls so there is a possibility of another sibling, or one of the twins is more complex than previously thought. could explain fraught parental relations.)
- Their mother works in the town hospital, and from what i gather their father is a real-estate agent.
