hi ! happy holidays ! i was wondering if there was any way you could share my promo ? i've just made rey & we all know tumblr is horrible with tagging & i honestly have no idea what the tags are at this point. thank you if you do !

hey there! we saw your lovely promo! yeah, the tagging system sucks more than ever and we’d advise you to stay away from including the words ‘promo’ and ‘self promo’ as those tags are blocked by tumblr. as for the general tags used in the rpc, they are ‘sw rp’ ‘star wars rp’ and ‘indie sw rp’ if you’re indie. also!! most people tag with the era their muses are in. hope this helps!

                   features  have  fallen,   usually  so  lively,   loud  &  free   /   now  he’s  quieter,   seated  in  the  bay  of  the  resistance.  without  his  counterpart,  someone  who  has  been  by  his  side  for  decades,  to  say  chewbacca  seems  lost  would  be  an  understatement.  pad  of  his  paw  is  pressed  to  his  temple,  a  low  whine’s  stuck  in  his  throat,  choked  down.  it  isn’t  until  he  hears  rey  that  he  moves,  looking  up  from  where  he’s  settled  with  a  grumbled  greeting.  he  pats  the  seat  next  to  him,  a  silent  offering  with  a  shake  of  his  head.

𝙷𝙸𝚂 𝙱𝚁𝙴𝙰𝚃𝙷𝙸𝙽𝙶 𝙸𝚂 𝙲𝙰𝙻𝙼,  level,  and the wound on his side doesn’t look half as bad as it did before,  when it made him stumble,  a wrong tilt to his steps affecting his balance,  but not enough to make him lose it.  he would tell her there is no need,  but she probably has to see it for herself,  so Luke stays still,  lets her check that he has indeed stopped bleeding already.  «  it wasn’t that deep,  really.  »    reassuring,  sunshine making its way through the clouds to sweep them away,  golden and so very bright.  and if his words shouldn’t be enough,  he places a hand  (  the one made of flesh  )  on her wrist,  delicately stopping her movements,  silently asking Rey to look at him,  to really do that and see what he has been trying to tell her all along  :  she has nothing to worry about.  he is still standing,  just as the rebellion is still standing and he will never fade before they are victorious. «  Rey.  I didn’t come here to die.  »    he doesn’t deem it necessary to tell her he would have been ready to do so,  if it came down to it,  especially if it meant making sure they had enough time to escape.  but today is not the day he dies a tragic hero,  after all.

                        at   that  ,   he   has   to   laugh   (   more   of   a   gravely   chuckle   )  ;   kind   isn’t   a   common   descriptor   for   han   solo  .   he’s   heard   everything   between   foolish   &   scruffy - looking  .   &    so   much   worse  .   but   time  ,   hope  ,   fatherhood   have   all   buffed   a   smuggler’s   sharp   edges  .   denial   is   futile   as   the   latter   of   them   all   refuses   to   leave   with   his   son  ,   instead   rearing   its   head   in   the   presence   of   a   certain   scavenger   girl   who’s   brave   as   hell  .   oh  ,   but   she’s   so   much   MORE   than   that  .   once   upon   a   time  ,   han   solo   had   been   in   her   shoes    ---   namesless  ,   orphaned  ,   aimlessly   following   magnetic   pull   of   a   yearning   heart     ---   yearning   for   whatever   the   hell   it   is   hidden   nestled   in   the   corners   of   the   galaxy  .

i'm that one potato who is very shy & will genuinely admire from a far — even when i pressed that follow button. you really breathe life into anakin and i can't wait to read more of your writing. ( also i'm here for love on hayden hour every day any day )
