I’m not sure how much you’re nursing/pumping be sure you’re eating every single well balanced meal. Bc of exhaustion I wasn’t, once I started, those feelings went away! I got used to eating such small amounts toward the end of my pregnancy, that I think I must not be eating enough now. And, I do sometimes miss lunch because breakfast takes me forever to eat and then I forget to eat lunch. I need to be more on it. And a Peanut Butter Milkshake just sounds so delicious!!
