I also can’t deal with Alan Grant’s anti-kid personality after reading the book too many times...I’m sure pre-movie-book-fans were offended by that, too.
Here he is, the underfunded and underappreciated professional scientist, and suddenly there’s SOMEONE WHO READ HIS BOOK and has SO MANY QUESTIONS and wants to TALK ABOUT EVERYTHING HE DOES WITH HIS LIFE but noooooo this person’s a KID so he has to AVOID him.
Whawhawha AND a Rescue Rangers movie? Golly, colour me now doubly intrigued and excited! Woo!
