Brut Cuveé Ca' del Tava from Monsupello winery, #OltrepoPavese, Lombardia @monsupello 🥂🍾🍾🥂 #winesiena2018 Laura, one of the owners of this family winery (I read more about them in the book they gave me today, being very curious), told me more about the name of this wine. ... Ca' del Tava is the name of a vineyard at the original farm they used to have in a dustrict close by, where they not only cultivated grapes, but also different cereals, animals, etc. ...
