He can say January all he wants- the filing date was July. If that doesn't rub you a little icky then I don't know what to say (esp when you take into consideration there is some pretty good circumstantial evidence C was in the picture since long before July) But it seems cheating really isn't a deal breaker for a large portion of Armie's Fandom considering they believe he's been dicking down Tim for years.
