Useless Headcanon that no one has asked for.

Ivan uses vanilla and apple shower gel/shampoo. He may live in the sewers, but he is a very clean rat with manners, and he cares a lot about the state of cleanliness of his living environment ; he usually is the one to clean up and fix the mess.

In the sewers, they have much electricity for Fyodor's computers, the lights and the stove, as well as clear running water to shower and drink.

Ah, Mysh'. I have recently felt quite a trouble in you, especially from the last time you gave me the honour to attend dinner with us. I could see the gazes you gave to the Master, and I was wondering if there was something the matter ?

“I wonder...” Karl tilted his head as he looked at the other man. “Have you forgotten that I do not agree with what he did to you?” It was something he tried not to think about, but he could not help it when he was there and played witness to how Ivan fell all over himself to please Fyodor. It was so wrong.
