Re: Braces. Either is fine really. Personally I felt white bands popped out too much, clear bands just felt more natural. If you get clear, make sure you take extra good care of them or else they will stain. Also check with your ortho if clear brackets cost the same as metal brackets, if you're interested in that, they cost the same at mine so I had clear bands & clear brackets. All you could see onstage were wires (my ortho even offered to take the wires out during show week)
