I had to film an introduction video for a coaching group I'm in and I thought I would share a little bit of it! 😊 Here is just one of the things I've learned in the passed few months, that has helped me in my weight loss. I love food and I love it so much that I was a serious over eater. I'm sure a lot of you can relate. But moderation is key and you shouldn't have to miss out on the foods u love to live a healthy lifestyle. I've also learned it is possible to eat too much even when your eating healthy 😉. Overcoming that has been huge for me!
