Shadow not knowing a lot of lgbt+ identities bc of the time period he's from is funny yes BUT consider what if bc he's a test tube alien/hedgehog thing created by the devil and a madman, that he instead just doesn't know anything. Doesn't gender anything, only calls them by their species. Sonic is Hedgehog. Eggman is Doctor. Rouge is Bat. What's Shadow's gender? Well uh, Maria used he for him one time and he didn't mind it much, but really what does he know he's a test tube alien thing that can explode on command.

@Creature-Cauldron Review

so, i was browsing through @creature-cauldron last week, not really planning on applying for anyone. that changed, though, when i scrolled down to the profile of the dragon shifter, Onyx. i didn’t think he’d pick me but he seemed so perfect that i had to give it a shot, and within a few hours i got the message i had been chosen! his vessel just arrived today, so i figured i’d write a quick review of my experience with @creature-cauldron ^^ 

first off, i really appreciate how much information they have in their spirit’s profiles. it must take a lot of effort, but it is very helpful and informative, and really helped to let me know if i felt any of their listed spirits would be a good fit based on their personality and interests. They don’t usually have a lot of spirits listed at once, but they post new ones frequently and the variety they have is great to see! i also like that they take applications and the spirit chooses who they wish to be their companion, since it makes sure everyone is happy and that they are a good match.

secondly, the shop’s owners, ana and calli, were great to work with. they were polite and prompt with their responses, and very friendly ^^ we had payment and shipping worked out within the same day. calli asked if i needed discrete shipping as well, which i really appreciated ^^ the package was shipped by the next monday.

onyx’s vessel just arrived today, totally safe and sound. the vessel itself is very pretty, a rosequartz and snowflake obsidian bracelet. since it’s just the first day, i haven’t spent much time at all with onyx but oh my goodness he’s such a little ball of energy. i’m sure we’ll get along great, and that i’ll post more about our experiences together in the future!

overall, i definitely recommend creature cauldron. the vessels are good quality, the shop owners kind, and they have a wide variety of spirits that they post frequently, so even if they do choose their companions quickly you have more to apply for soon. onyx seems like he’ll be an absolute joy to work with so far, and i’m so glad he chose me ^^
