After being at the theme park for years, I barely get a thrill from it anymore. My stomach doesn’t drop when I go on roller coasters, I just get headaches from being thrown around. The decorations for this Halloween don’t really scare me anymore. I’m not scared of the haunted houses.

But, nevertheless, I still like going there. It’s really nice to see what they come up with, what they do differently, how different the crowds are. I’ve always felt a rather deep connection to that place, even if they are rather greedy and rather cheap sometimes.

I think I just kinda felt kinda free there, like it’s a second home to roam. These feelings are the basis of my many dreams about a twisted theme park world where impossible things happen. Scary stuff happens there, things that would be concerning and probably illegal in real life, but I’ve always felt overwhelmingly safe in that world.

Enough so that the real world theme park... isn’t enough. This is going to be the last year I go.
