Rewatching The OC at the moment, just got to 1x09 and ... do you guys remember that in The OC the MAIN couple (or one of the main couples) actually got TOGETHER, as in "into a proper, loving relationship" after only NINE episodes?! AND IT WORKED!
Sure, there was drama to come, psychopaths with guns, pregnancies, pool boys, lesbians, red heads - it's the OC.
But still - no YEAR LONG will-they-won't-they shenanigans, just plain old storytelling. I felt so very relaxed just now.
