A guppy who looked to be a techno troll/sharktroll hybrid bumps into Tide while swimming around. She is teal with brown hair and sapphire blue eyes

The teal color, despite being a bit lighter, looked rather familiar

"Hey Flynt!" Neon rolled over, despite the fact that she had been scolded earlier for wearing her skates indoors. "This holiday is pretty sappy don't you think?" She giggled, keeping her hands behind her back. "But it's still nice! So here! For you!" Passing a small package over, she continued to skate circles around him as she watched. Inside was a new ribbon for his hat, pastel rainbow in pattern. It was simple, yet sleek.

                 ❛   neon. girl, what did we say about the skates ?   ❜      a hand on his hip, brow arched as he regarded her. he would lecture her but she must have been particularly excited if she was doing this. he waits & then is startled when a package is eagerly pushed his way. earthen hues trail to the gift, then to neon in all her sunlit glee before acceptance falls into step. 

               a pause & then he unwraps the gift carefully. eyes widen slightly, amazement clear & then the edge of his lips curl in a small smile. it’s fond as he takes it out to replace his own hat with to try.
