AND i found out why ax was so crowded this year

apparently ax oversold badges and the staff didn’t seem to think it was a problem even though the lines were dangerously long and it took a lot of people forever to get their badges

my group and i lucked out though, we came pretty early on the 2nd day and the line wasn’t as long as it could’ve been

i regret not buying an ita bag when i had the chance

but by then i already had one too many bags and i was already tripping over myself trying to walk with a stupidly giant tote bag

seriously, it was so ridiculously big it almost touched the floor and kept slipping around my shoulders

the bag they gave us was stupidly big and tore pretty easily

i think i’ll just bring my own tote bag next time, i didn’t need that much space for all the stuff i bought

i guess despite the group i went with wanting to rush through everything it was still pretty fun

i got a bunch of prints and merch

and ALL THE ARTISTS I MET WERE SO CUTE???

so i went to the flcl panel yesterday, completely oblivious to the fact that there was going to be a 2nd and 3rd season

so imagine my surprise when my cousin told me it wasn’t a screening of the show

it was pretty great

bc the mc accidentally started the trailer at the end so she had to rewind it and the other guys at the panel were having fun with it and she was teasing them too

AND since everyone was so excited for it, she played the trailer three more times throughout the panel
