utsukushiki hito arui wa sore wa has completely and utterly fucking decimated my brainspace for anything revue music related so probably that :) honorable mentions include koi wa taiyou circus, basically the entire discography for arcana arcadia so far, fly me to the star (classic) and probably a whole lot more others that i cant fucking remember because krmy has samsung washing machine heavy duty load spin cycled my psyche.

phee do you have any advice for getting through the hsc bc this is awful

holds your hands gently im so, so, so sorry the hsc is the worst on every level… i can’t offer any advice, i BARELY made it and scraped passes on most of my subjects… just remember that no matter how important it seems right now, it’s actually not! within about 12 months you’ll have forgotten your ATAR and nobody will care. even in the absolute worst case scenario of you do badly, you’re still SUPER young, this is only a tiny fraction of your life and it won’t ruin your career path or anything. basically keeping perspective will help you manage your stress!!

school is fake and i’ve never put that much stock in academic results so my advice is to really prioritise your health BUT if your academics are important to you, take a look at what you spend most of your wasted time doing (scrolling tumblr? video or mobile games? reading fic?) and see what you can just cut out of your life or prioritise lower. i have to do this when my time management is slipping away from me. write down all your deadlines and make sure you’re aware of them. god sorry all this advice sounds fake because i bludged my entire HSC year and didn’t follow any of this advice. IM SORRY!! ive always been a terrible student, im not good at school and i don’t enjoy it… i’m still doing okay though so REALLY HONESTLY PRIORITISE YOUR HEALTH, ITS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT and will have longer-lasting effects on your life than your ATAR!!

if you’re procrastinating and it’s like 1am, know when to give up. if you just can’t focus enough to finish the study you wanted to do, but it’s bedtime, just go to bed. procrastinating followed by 7 hours of sleep is loads better than procrastinating followed by like an hour of exhausted study followed by 4 hours of sleep, you feel me? you’ll be more functional and useful the next day. cut your losses!

um… during exams (esp english), don’t forget that the markers are looking for points to give out, so if you can’t formulate a Good Sentence or if you’re running out of time, just start writing down all the information you know about a topic, even if it’s in dot points – this is a technique to make the most of a bad situation. obviously don’t forget to read the entire paper before you start answering as you will be able to recall the relevant info easier that way. do the test papers!!

ur art and story is so cool … its currently 3 am for me so i only took a cursory glance but WAOW! im so impressed by ur ability to draw like. buildings. and your linework is incredible. and i love whatever brush you use, the varying line weight is pretty satisfying

I love Ur rendering and the cool tones + rough textures in Ur paintings!! Also your traditional pencil drawings look so good which I always think is very impressive.. most of the stuff here Ive alternated between a square inking brush and my main brush (CIMM by Noctilin) which is kind of like a gel pen and is actually meant for sketching but oh well TwT 2 late I swear by it now
