wada sez: Sorry, I genuinely don’t have a clue if these “rules of an assasination” are even a reference to anything, or if they’re just nonsense. Axer and Krok are both Decepticon Action Masters who hadn’t done anything of interest at the time of this strip’s writing. The Autobot leader seems to have been drawn with inspiration from Rodimus Prime. In a cute reference, the camera Axer is using is actually drawn as Reflector. Clean inks and colors below.
